The first step sets the tone for everything that follows. The kickoff meeting—preferably in person—marks our immersion into your project. We tailor this stage to your needs, conducting one or more workshops with your founders, marketing teams, sales teams, and customers. This allows us to delve deep into your brand’s universe, define its contours, and clarify its essence. Here is where the magic begins.

The brand concept is inherently creative, but at Bruno, it’s also highly strategic. Based on insights gathered during the kickoff and a thorough analysis of your target audience and competitors, we craft the best plan of action. In the chosen direction, nothing is arbitrary—everything is intentional. Your brand identity, in every field of expression, is meticulously aligned with your objectives and market realities. Production & Implementation
Once the concept is approved, we get down to business. We organize presentation meetings for the major stages of the project: delivery of the brand platform, artistic direction, brand speech, web, and product design. We then hold weekly meetings to closely monitor progress and production in detail—covering copywriting, design, web and app development, and assets for both print and digital.

Delivery & Follow-up
While our collaboration may end, our support doesn’t. After delivering all the source files, we remain available to answer any questions and offer further advice. Three months after project completion, we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting to ensure that your team has fully adopted and integrated the work we’ve done together.
