Align forces in one direction
Commissions are perhaps the most significant go-to-market investment for B2B companies and the most influential motivational factor for sales teams. Managing them involves multiple departments: Finance, Sales, Operations, Human Resources... Harmonizing these forces is critical. Qobra turned to Bruno with the mission to re-engage all teams involved with commissions, making it the primary growth lever. Since 2020 the startup has expanded by supporting over 100 businesses across Europe. The new graphic identity and website we designed reflect a strengthened position.
The artistic direction revolves around a powerful graphic symbol: an arrow, bold and always pointing upwards. Associated with the "a" in the logo, also shaped like an arrow, it represents perfect alignment. Not only does it point the way forward and identifies the target but it also embodies exponential growth. The movement extends to text highlights and the design of cut-out boxes.
The design teams elevated the brand through the use of black and dark plum. The range of pastel shades adds a fresh but still sophisticated touch, bringing a modern feel that suits the platform offered by Qobra. For the typography, we opted for the Söhne Breit from Klim Type Foundry as it encapsulates the dignified, authentic character of a grotesque and the polished corporate feel of a Helvetica.
